Why is the northern gannet called the "amorous bird"? The answer will be revealed by yourself: you will see the truly unique and beautiful way of love in northern gannets: female and male birds spread their wings face to face, then constantly shake their heads, rub their beaks against each other, or comb their feathers with their beaks. Finally, the female and male birds raised their heads together, pointed their beaks towards the sky, and kept chirping, as if announcing to their other companions, 'We are married!'.
