Ziplining

British "Daily Mail" reporter Robert Hardman has said, high flying rope does not require any natural ability, even a sack of potatoes can also complete this extreme sports. But does everyone have the guts to try it? In Newfoundland, you can't afford to miss out on this intoxicating thrill! Facing the Atlantic Ocean, weaving in and out of the free air, feeling the wind in your ears, all the stress and worries you've accumulated over the years will be gone. ......

We have selected two places for you to enjoy the high ropes. One is in Port Petit, on the east coast of the Avalon Peninsula, less than half an hour from St. John's. It has the longest zip line in Canada. Here you'll find Canada's longest zip line area, with 10 lines ranging from 300 to 2,200 feet long. Soar along the rugged and majestic Atlantic deep-sea coastline, overlooking the historic fishing village of Port Petit, and enjoy the thrill of a guide's fascinating natural history and cultural presentations, complete with high-powered binoculars, so you can take in the sights!

The second is a zip line tour on Marble Mountain, near the city of Corner Brook. It's a mix of skydiving and flying, guaranteed to get your adrenaline pumping, a thrill that can't be described until you try it for yourself. Starting at the top of Standibrook Falls, there are nine zip lines, totaling over 2,000 feet long, 285 feet high, and reaching speeds of up to 30 kilometers per hour. Each zip line offers a different perspective on the Humber Valley and the Marble Mountains.
